Tornado warning March 2, 2008

It’s 8:15pm CST and the torando sirens here in Del City are going nuts. I’ve never heard them so loudly before.

It’s raining like there’s no tomorrow, lightning, high winds.

The tornado warning has now been downgraded to a severe thunderstorm warning. The tornado sirens are still sounding.

 Now they’ve stopped.

Still raining, still have heavy winds, still have lightning.

Whew!

That’s all from where I sit.

…and on into Sunday March 2, 2008

I have to quit this sleeping during the day. It makes falling asleep at night so much more difficult.

Got my Oceanography homework done. Finally. Now to take the test. I’ll do that after I’ve had some sleep. On Monday, I’ll take the midterm in the Testing Center.

I have to take the inflatable globe with me. I have to use it while taking the midterm.

Need to work on my Spanish homework, too.

And, take more pictures. With or without people in it. Might take ones of all the semis that park in the old Beachler’s lot across from my complex. That is, if they are still there in the morning and it isn’t raining.

I’m going to try to get some sleep.

That’s all from where I sit.
