Stef’s Crazy Life

The (mis)adventures of me. Kids, kin, cars, life, love, pain and the whole damn thing! (any questions?)

Spring cleaning hits my 600 sq ft of Peradise… March 16, 2008

I’ve gotten the cleaning bug.

My poor apartment has suffered from my neglect long enough. If I get one thing done this week, I’m going to try and get things clean, vacuumed, mopped, sprayed, wiped up, picked up, thrown out (especially that big ass box I brought from Wyoming with me more than a year ago! Geez, why have I been holding on to that?!?), and generally presentable.

And why am I waiting to throw out my trash? It’s not stinking (yet), but tomorrow morning when the trash truck gets here and makes its pickup, I’ll have a nice empty dumpster to throw things into.

Do I hear angels singing?

Meanwhile, the bed is made (yes, cowboy, you read that correctly! ;) ), the bathroom is getting in shape (at least the toilet and the tub are), and the kitchen is on the mend (meaning that the stove, fridge, counters, microwave and dishwasher could be considered clean. Still have to mop in there and the patch of flooring in the bathroom.

Fabuloso es fabuloso!

And it’s only Sunday. I’m either bored or had a infusion of energy that will only last today.

All of a sudden, I’m very tired!

Figures.

That’s all from where I sit.

Could your birthday be on Easter Sunday? March 16, 2008

It could be, if you were born between March 22 and April 25.

There are four people in my family who were born during the time of the year that Easter could fall on.

March 30: Dean (1963) and Jeff (1986)

March 31: Joey (2003)

April 19: Tori (1965)

The earliest date on which Easter could fall is March 22. This year, it falls on March 23. The latest is April 25.

So, Easter will not fall on either Dean’s or Tori’s birthdays again during their lifetime… unless of course they live to be over 100 years old each.

The next time it falls on Jeff’s birthday, he will be 73 years old. The last time it fell on his birthday was in 1997 when he was 11. And of course, he was born on Easter Sunday in 1986. The placard in his isolette actually said that the Easter Bunny brought him, not the stork (and that 10 hours of active labor on my part was for naught? LOL)

Easter will fall on Joey’s birthday in 2013, when he’s 10; then again in 2024 when he’s 21. After that, it will fall again on March 31st in 2086, when he’s 83.

I found all this lovely information here, if you want to check it out.
