specifically, I want chocolate!
I don’t know why all of a sudden I have this craving for chocolate. I don’t eat a whole lot of it any more, and about the only time I treat myself to chocolate is when I make Ovaltine, which comes in a chocolate malt flavor.
Chocolate cake? Nope.
Chocolate bars? Very rarely.
I drink more Pepsi than eat chocolate anything. Maybe that will be the next thing I cut out of my diet. I know they’re full of sugar and empty calories. I think it’s the caffeine that keeps me hooked, though I don’t drink as much, I still drink enough.

Today, Larry and I talked about my ears, that I’m hearing better, and the meds I’m taking to clear it all up. Mostly about the medication, specifically about Prednisone, the steroid. I didn’t really know much about it other than it was as steroid, so I looked up the information on the internet and learned more about it than I really wanted to know. But, if it helps me kick the infection in my ears, I’ll take it as directed until it’s gone. Besides, Dean wants to check my ears next week anyway.

I have a paper to write, tests to study for, a group presentation to prepare for and finals are coming up, so I’m going to be pretty busy. For the next two weeks or so, my life will be insane.
Oh, and Scott graduates from high school on May 16th. Can’t forget that. At some point he and I are going to take a trip to Rose State, because he’s decided he’s going to do the first two years of college here, then go on to the art school in Texas. That sounds like a good plan… get the required stuff out of the way now, so when he gets where he thinks he wants to go, he can concentrate on art and not, say, linear equations or writing essays.
Only one more to go… maybe we can time it so that Marc graduates high school and I get my BA from UCO around the same time (three years from now).
It’s a thought.
That’s all from where I sit.
