I can count the number of times I’ve been out of the house since New Year’s on one hand…

and I don’t like it one damn bit!

I’ve caught everything that comes down the pike here lately: the flu (a mild case, but still the flu), about three or four bad colds, and my chest still hurts from when I fell on it back in November. Add being constantly tired and sleeping a lot, and I don’t know what to think.

The other night, I almost had myself convinced that I had mono. I don’t think you can get it more than once, and certainly not at my age (I guess it’s possible, but unlikely). But my throat has been sore going on three months now, and only on the left side. That I don’t get. I usually don’t get sore throats as a rule (the last one I had was when I had strep throat 11 years ago– after not having it since I was about 8).

I wonder if living in my mother’s house, knowing that she smoked here and the walls are probably permeated with stale cigarette smoke, is making me sick. I don’t remember being this sick all the time when I lived on my own.

Meanwhile, I need to get out and find a job… and I just don’t have the energy for it.

I’m going to have to see a doctor about this, even if it’s only Dean.

It’s not even March yet, and I’m falling apart.

This really sucks…
